I’m a normal person like anyone else, and like anyone else, I have areas where I struggle. Some of these areas have been long standing issues for me. Until reading this book, I never realized how much my issue persisted simply because of the way I talked about my inability to handle it. I’ve been playing with changing my self-talk in different areas, and am amazed at the shift I experiencing. Some deep-rooted issues I’ve had have disappeared almost overnight.
I was looking for a self talk book that I had read before and came across this one. I looked through it and was glad that it was able to give me suggestions that I could use now to get me back on track with my business. I was happy to recommend this book to several of my co-workers.
This was a highly enjoyable read and it was just what I was looking for. The advice is both helpful and practical and I am enjoying some much better self talk and feeling calmer and more positive than I have in a very long time.
From the couple of books I've read on this topic, this has to be the most clear and straight to the point that I have found. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for self-help books, beginners to a spiritual path, anyone with esteem problems, and emotional distress, to name a few.
