Using the techniques in this book, I've started visualizing what it will be like when I leave my day job and how I want working full time for myself to look. This is helping me unlock my mind to the possibility and work through any fears that might be holding me back. Since I've been using the techniques in this book, I am noticing more opportunities appearing in my life. It is hard to say if visualization is attracting these opportunities or if it's opening my awareness to recognizing them. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter because the end result is the same.
Well researched, well written, with lots of useful exercises. Visualization is definitely a science and art, and this author does a great job of capturing both.
Although this book is not without its flaws, it is very evident that the author is passionate about the subject and wants to give you as many ways to succeed with it. It is also very evident this person actually practices what he preaches and has gained enough experience with visualization to have worked out the major kinks to smooth the path for other learners...all in a structure and format that is accessible to everyone.
I was quick to learn that there is more to visualization than merely fantasizing about riches, it can be used to enhance skills, induce relaxation, promote healing, improve abilities in sports, as well as guide your mind and body in a specific direction.
